Hiding

Hi All,

I thought you might like to know that I have hidden one of my milk bottles from mum. It probably has some milk still left in it so when mum finds it it will be curdled and chunky!!

waking up

Hi All,

Sometimes when I wake up from my lunch time nap I am very grumpy. Usually, I wake up, cry, mum gets me and gives me my milk and then we're all happy. But sometimes, I wake up, scream, mum gets me and I am not happy. Yesterday was such a day. Mum is smiling in this picture but I am not. In fact, I have tears rolling down my cheeks. Dad took some photos of me and showed me what I looked like (I then realised I looked a bit silly so I started being happy again).

ummmm

Hi All,

I don't think I've got anything interesting to tell you. Let's see what I can come up with:

• mum had left some little shampoo and conditioner containers (from a hotel) on the bathroom counter. I got these open and put shampoo and conditioner all over the bathroom floor.
  
• I walked from the car to the shopping centre holding mum's hand.
• if mum or dad are doing something instead of playing with me (like reading a magazine) I grab whatever it is that's distracting them from me and throw it on the floor.
• i know the noises that lots of animals make. sheep goes baa, cow goes moo, horse goes neigh, lion goes RRRRAAAA

I better go now because all my friends are coming to my house for mum's group today. But here's a photo of me and my dad.

Doggies

Hi All,

This is me and my daddy.



Daddy say that we love the doggies. I'm not sure what the doggies are but if dad says I love them then I must. (Maybe it's that yummy stuff that mum gave me for dessert the other night).


Talking about food. Do you wonder what I eat? Well, here's what I had for dinner last night. Corn, beans, rissole, bread and sweet potato. I just have a little bit of everything and then leave the rest. I like mandarins a lot at the moment.

Boy

Hi All,

Just thought I'd say hello to you. Hello. I hope you like reading about me. I know sometimes it's a bit boring because I always forget the exciting bits when I sit down to tell you about me.



I like talking. Some things I say only my mum and dad understand but I also say lots of things that everyone understands. I answer questions (usually "no", "OK" or "sure"). I tell you when I want water, milk, biscuit, cup cake, bread, toast, outside, puzzle, blocks, magnets, car, home, play, park, cat, music, tales (vegetales DVD), bath, teeth, up, cuddle, kiss, mum and dad and lots of other things. I'm very smart.

Hi All,

This morning I went and played at child care. I played in the sand.

This afternoon I went to the park and when we got home I played with our cat.

Grace

Hi All,

Before I eat my meal I have to say my grace with mum. Actually mum says grace and I put my hands together and watch her.



I'm not quite sure who we're saying grace to. Mum says it's God but I don't think I've met him yet. And mum always has her eyes shut so I'm not sure she would see him if he was there. I'll keep my eyes open for him.

Clever daddy, happy mummy

Hi All,

My dad has been working on my mum's birthday present and it is finished. It now sits very proudly in their bedroom.



Mum loves it very much. When she goes into her bedroom and sees it she does little happy dances, and claps, and smiles.

Bunny

Hi All,

I got a visit today from my Grandad and Grandma. Mum and I went and picked them up from the train station.

When we got home they gave me a chocolate bunny. This is what I looked like when I was eating it.

Hiding!

Hi All,

Do you like hiding? I do. I have a really good hiding spot! It's in mum and dad's bathroom in between their sinks.




I can just fit. It's a pretty tight squeeze though. I have to fold my shoulders forward and then back in. It's very fun.

My Grammy and Papa sent my a little present for Easter. A little Bilby!!



He's very cute and I call him "Bilby". He had some little bilby chocolates in his pouch and I ate them. They were very yummy (the foil was not so yummy).

Cuddles

Soft things

Hi All,

I don't have any favourite toys or blankets that I like to take with me everywhere. But... I do like to raid mum and dad's clothing for the softest tshirts I can find and I like to put them to my face.

One of my very favourites is mum's soft blue tshirt. Today, I went to mum's cupboard and found it. I decided that although I love holding it to my face I have other things to do with my hands so I worked out if I put my head through the arm hole I can wear it around my face without having to hold on. Economy of movement - I like it!

Sensitive Soul

Hi all,

It turns out I have quite a sensitive little soul. There is an ad on TV at the moment - 2 people are kissing (gross) and then one of them lays on a bed (don't know why - he might be tired) and the bed springs up and back onto the wall with the man still on it. Whenever I see this ad I get very upset and cry. The poor man must have hurt himself very badly. I don't feel too bad for him though because he must be a very slow learner because I've seen him do it twice - you'd think he would learn from the first time.

Milkshakes

Hi All,

I love my mum. I think she's pretty good.

But today she made me a milkshake and now I love her even more!






It was chocolate flavour and it even had a little bit of icecream in it!!

Teeth

Hi All,

For quite some time now I've been sitting on a grand total of 5 teeth. This is significantly behind a lot of my friends who have a mouthful of teeth.

Anyway, this is changing. I now have 2 teeth coming through at once. Ouch.

Mum thinks this is why I woke up very upset last night at about 2am. Mum had to put bonjela on my gums and then give me some panadol. She also let me cuddle my cow when I went back to bed which was nice. I then slept in this morning until about 8:20am to make up for it.

I don't know what we're doing today. I'll have to tell you some other time.
