Time for changes

As you can see from the below photo it may be time for mum and dad to start putting the side of cot up...

It's also possible that they may need to put plastic guards on the rails because they taste pretty good and I think I'm going to be leaving some teeth marks in them...

Warrnambool

Hi All,

We went to Warrnambool for the weekend for my dad's cousin's wedding. Warrnambool is a very funny word. Aunty Tanya and Uncle Cliff came too. Everyone forgot to take cameras to the wedding so I can't show you any pictures. But it was very pretty.

We went to the beach this morning. It was very windy and cold. My dad tried to keep me warm.

He did a pretty good job.

Snug as a bug in a rug

Hi All,

Whenever my dad has finished giving me a bath he wraps me up in my towel so I'm all cute. Then he shows me to mummy so she goes "oooohhhh."

I'm very happy. What's not to be happy about?? I get yummy food, can go where ever I want
to go and get to poop in my pants. Life's good.

Food showers

Hi All,

Lately I blow raspberries while I eat my food. It makes quite a mess!!! Mum and dad end up with bits of food all over them.



Dad has taken to putting the spoon over my mouth after putting the food into my mouth so I can't shower him with food.




I had my 6 month jabs today. They didn't even hurt that much! I was very brave.

My new favourite food

Hi All,

My new favourite food is Lamb, sweet potato and spinach casserole. YUMMMM!!!

Mum made me some new food - chicken, leek and rice casserole and a fish, sweet potato and broccoli casserole but the lamb is definitely my favourite!

Hi All,

How are you all? I've been such a good boy lately. I've been all smiley and happy which is just as well because mum and dad have both been sick. They have both had colds so have been a bit miserable.

Today we went for a visit to the Royal Botanical gardens. It was fun. Then we went out for lunch. After I had my lunch I sat in my pram while mum had her lunch. I can't remember why, but I was laughing and smiling while I was sitting in my pram. Something was VERY funny.

When I have my bath mum or dad put me on my tummy in the bath and I get to crawl around the bath. It's fun because it is really slippery so I slip and slide everywhere and I also drink half the bath water.

I'm very big now.

Swimming

Hi All,

Today mum took me to the pool. We had a great time swimming. She's trying to make sure that I get used to the water. She even dunked me a couple of times. She read that she should blow in my face before dunking me because I'll gasp and hold my breath. I don't know if it worked or not but I'm still breathing so it must have gone OK.

I banged my head on the coffee table (I pulled the stupid drawer out then I went and banged my head on it - stupid, stupid drawer).

I'm 6 months old!!!

Hi All,

Today is my 6 month old birthday.



I get into everything now!!! I can crawl anywhere I want to (today I crawled from the lounge room to mum and dad's bedroom -that's at least 1 kilometre). Sometimes mum finds me under the bed or behind the couch or under the computer desk. The photo above is me taking CD's from the rack. I take one out, taste it, then chuck it. Repeat until I find a tasty one.
