Things I shouldn't say

Hi All,

Sometimes I say things that I shouldn't say.

For example...

Today when mum was changing my poopy nappy, I said, "I smell like a turd." After I said this my daddy laughed nervously (perhaps he was nervous because he knows where I learnt that word).

I've also been know to say "nutsack." For example, while watching the cricket - "ball hit his nutsack!!"

But I also say lovely things like:

"Mummy, very pretty" and "Daddy, you very pantsome."

I hope the good outweighs the bad...

things i LOVE

Hi All,

How are you? I'm OK. I've had a cold for the last week so I've been a tad grumpy.

Mum bought me a little cash register the other day and I LOVE it. I love it with all my heart. I love to play shopping with mum and dad and my teddies.

I also still LOVE my milk. Apparently mum is trying to teach me to be "responsible" because now after I've finished my milk I have to take my cup and put it in the sink.

I also LOVE cutting things. The other day mum left me alone with my scissors and a box of tissues. BIG MISTAKE.

Those are some of the things I love. What do you love?

VERY EXCITING NEWS!!!

Hi All,

Today I did something very special. I only know that it was special because mum and dad got very excited. Would you like to know what I did?

I did a wee in the potty!!

Yep. I actually got wee in the potty.

I've sat on my potty quite a lot. I've got a book that I read on the potty. I've talked to mummy while I've sat on the potty but I've never actually used it. Until today.

Because I used my potty I got a special sticker to stick on my cupboard. It's a sticker of a red car which reminds me of The Wiggles.

Mum and dad said that whenever I do a wee or poo in my potty I can have another sticker to stick on my cupboard.

Favourite things

Hi All,

One of my favourite things to do is to cuddle under a blanket with my mum or dad.

So that's what I did with my mum this afternoon. It makes me happy.

I also went shopping this afternoon. It was good fun because I stood on my head in the middle of the shopping centre and I also drank most of mum's thickshake.

Good times.

Bath

Hi All,

Today I had a bath. I decided that it would be a good idea to put the face washer on my head.

That got quite a good reaction (it got my photo taken!) so I decided that I would add a boat as well:

Good times.

Also, if you ever wonder whether advertising works, ponder this - when I was having my bath I told my dad, "Tired? Stressed? Feel better on Swisse. From the ads from the cricket."

Yep. I think we watch too much cricket.

Haircut for mummy

Hi All,

Today my mummy and Aunty Leanne went for haircuts and I went along to keep them company.

This is a photo of me and my mum.

Tonight I'm going to see some of my friends that I haven't seen since last year. I'm really looking forward to seeing them.

Also, some of my new favourite sayings are:

"Are you kidding me?" and "That is fantastic!"

My first celebrity crush!

Hi All,

Dad told me that it would happen one day - that I would fall in love with a celebrity and that I wouldn't be able to think about anything else.

Well it's happened.

About a month ago, we all watched a show on TV about a lady called Susan Boyle. She was a contestant on a TV show called Britain's Got Talent (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lp0IWv8QZY). She sang a song from Les Miserables called I Dreamed a Dream. On the show there were some judges (one was called Piers).

I loved it!! I got so upset when the ads came on - I would say, "Where Susan gone?" and would not be happy until she came back on and then I would watch transfixed. I never sit down for an hour to watch a TV show but I didn't move a muscle the whole time Susan was on TV.

Although I haven't talked about her much I've been thinking about Susan a lot and this morning I said to mum while I was eating breakfast,
Me: "Mum, where's Piers?"
Mum: "He's in England"
Me: "Oh"
Mum: "What's the name of the lady you're thinking about?"
Me: "Susan, Susan Boyle"
Mum: "She's a good singer, isn't she?"
Me: "Yes"
Mum: "What song did she sing?"
Me: "Dreamed dream"

Mum says she's going to buy me Susan's CD because I love her so much.

Childcare

Hi All,

I'm very excited because today is my first day back at child care for the year (I think my mum is excited too...).

I like child care. It's only 2.5 hours but it's good because I like Judy and Robyn and I like seeing my friends. I get to eat food and play lots. Mum is happy because she and daddy are going to go and out and have breakfast while I'm there.

This photo of me is before my hair cut.

Anyway... did you know that I can say the whole alphabet? Yep, I don't know who taught me (neither do my parents because they didn't do it) but I know it. I can teach you if you like.

Work

Hi All,

Sometimes my dad goes to work. He puts on a tie and gets his bag and we take him to the train station.

Today we were taking daddy to the train station and I decided that I would go too. I got mummy to put my tie on but when we got to the train station mummy said I couldn't go to work with daddy. I was VERY upset.

What's the point of wearing a tie if I can't go to work?
